Training and Support

Your letting system is the most important part of your business and the difference in your days running smoothly and not running smoothly. We would rather know that you are getting the maximum benefit from each and every page and for that reason would rather you called with any query no matter how large or small.

From the beginning of our relationship when we will assist you in getting set up, to the teething issues to re-fresher sessions and helping you with any new staff you employ we are available at every possible stage.

Email and telephone support will be available Monday To Friday 9:30 - 5:30. Training sessions can be held either over the telephone or we will happily come and visit you in your offices at a time that suits you.

Telephone training sessions can also be booked for Saturday mornings if you would prefer to get your whole team together out of the main week.
