To feature alongside the constant reminders to register the tenants security deposit with a Government Approved Scheme there will soon be easy links to your chosen scheme’s website
We are also liasing with the various schemes on ways to automatically upload the tenancy deposit information once a tenancy starts.

Within the tenancy profile you will soon be able to see a new Management Inspection Tab. This will provide you with up coming dates of the next management inspection and a clear history of previous visits to the property. Prior to a Management Inspection you can enter notes here for specific things to chcek at a property. Easy to use forms will be available here to take to the property and fill in any notes, update tenants phone numbers. Current maintenence issues will also be listed on here.
A report to the Landlord will also become available within your letters package
